Nah, sincerity is not a path of least resistance. As a matter of fact,this place punishes the sincere. Bad things happen to good people too.
But be good, anyway. Have integrity, be fair, and as far as it depends on you,protect the vulnerable. Not in the hope that you'll be popular, but despite how you'll be received. At the end of the day,your integrity will establish a name for you. That's all you'll ever have without a bitter aftertaste.
See,faith is no refuge from storms, it's the determination to prevail in spite of storms.
